Former BJP minister Madan Dilawar's son, along with three others, was booked by the Rajasthan anti-corruption bureau in connection with the 'fake pilots' scam. Commercial pilot licenses were procured by allegedly furnishing fake documents. The flying hours were manipulated with the support of former chief flying instructor of Rajasthan Flying School, Mohinder Kumar, the chief flying instructor of Haryana Institute of Civil Aviation, Mahaveer Singh, and the Assistant GM of the Air Traffic Control of the Sanganer airport, Manoj Jain.
BJP leader and Education Minister Vinod Tawde approved contracts worth Rs 191 crore to buy fire extinguishers to state-run schools without inviting e-tenders. Later, the education department was forced to stop the procurement as many objections were raised.

BJP leader Rakesh was arrested in Thrissur for printing and distributing fake currency. He is a leader of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of the BJP.
Fake currency worth ₹1.37 lakh, and printing machines and ink, were seized from his house. The police after the investigation said that Rakesh, along with his brother, was printing notes ranging from Rs 20 to Rs 2,000.
